The 30-Day Timeline
Here is exactly how the first month plays out.
Day 1: The Handoff
Once you sign up, you will get a secure link to connect your QuickBooks account (or whatever system you use) and your bank feeds. We use bank-level encryption. You do not have to email us passwords or mail us paper statements. It takes about 10 minutes of your time.Days 2-14: The Deep Clean
Our US-based team goes to work. We take your most recent full calendar month and we reconcile every single transaction.We do not just categorize things blindly. Day 15: The Questions
We will inevitably find transactions that we cannot identify—a weird Zelle transfer, a check written to cash, or a charge from a vendor we don't recognize.We will send you a clean, organized list of these questions. You answer them from your phone while you are sitting in your truck. No long meetings required.
Day 20: The Delivery
We hand you back a perfectly clean, reconciled Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet for that month. You will see exactly where your money went, down to the penny.Day 25: The Strategy Call
